Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "toto8", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the toto8 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for operating the website available at https://toto8.lat.
• "Player", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the toto8 platform or accesses any toto8 service.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon completing the toto8 registration process, including KYC verification.
• "Platform" — the toto8 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all games, sportsbook products, live dealer services, and other features accessible through it.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, payment, promotional, and customer support services offered by toto8.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other betting market via the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's toto8 account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where separately indicated, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded under specific toto8 promotional terms; these are distinct from real-money funds and subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which toto8 validates a Player's identity using government-issued documentation, including the Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the base currency for all toto8 account balances and transactions.
• "WIB" — Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), the default time zone used for toto8 operational references unless stated otherwise.

Clause 2

Eligibility

Use of the toto8 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and at least 21 years of age. toto8 enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request proof of age during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not using the Platform in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of toto8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the toto8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling disorder. toto8 strongly encourages players who believe gambling is negatively affecting them to contact our support team immediately.

Clause 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of toto8 services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method, toto8 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: toto8 may request supporting documentation at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Standard KYC documents include a copy of your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) and, where applicable, proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended pending verification.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. toto8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted via your Account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified toto8 support of unauthorized access.
• Account currency: All toto8 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Currency conversion is not offered; all deposits and withdrawals must be processed in IDR.

Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the toto8 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• toto8 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; refer to the cashier for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within five minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. toto8 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to toto8's standard fraud and AML review procedures.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to KYC status. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times.
• toto8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or flagged by automated risk systems. Such reviews may extend processing time; toto8 will notify the Player of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the relevant wagers are found to have violated these Terms, including bonus abuse, match betting, or any form of fraudulent activity.

Clause 5

Bonuses & Promotions

toto8 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, a standard bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount.
• Game contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sportsbook wagers contribute 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50. toto8 publishes a full contribution table in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse: toto8 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-edge games to clear requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of welcome offers via duplicate registrations. Accounts determined to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.
• VIP Programme: Eligible Players may be invited to join the toto8 VIP Programme, which offers enhanced cashback rates, reload bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management. VIP status and benefits are at toto8's sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Clause 6

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on toto8 are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Finality of results: The outcome of any game or bet, once settled by toto8's systems, is final. toto8 will investigate and correct any genuine technical error; however, results that have been correctly determined by the certified RNG or the relevant sporting authority are not subject to reversal at a Player's request.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface. toto8 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sportsbook: All sportsbook wagers are governed by toto8's Sportsbook Rules, available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sportsbook matters specifically.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, toto8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account. toto8 is not liable for any losses, expected winnings, or opportunity costs arising from technical disruptions.
• Disconnections: toto8 is not liable for wager outcomes affected by network disconnections on the Player's end. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when placing wagers.

Clause 7

Responsible Gaming

toto8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. The following measures are available to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account Settings page. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Reaching a loss limit will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them of time spent on the Platform during any single session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion through the Account Settings page or by contacting toto8 support directly. Self-excluded accounts will be blocked from logging in and will not receive any marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.
• Reality checks: At configurable intervals, toto8 can display on-screen summaries of session duration and net wagering activity.

Clause 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto8 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or system component. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical exploit are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Engaging in match betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Charging back deposits via your bank or payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing toto8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the toto8 Platform — including but not limited to the toto8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of toto8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or use any toto8 brand assets in any manner without express written consent from toto8.

Clause 10

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

toto8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Clause 11

Privacy & Data

toto8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include: SSL 256-bit encryption for all data in transit; bcrypt hashing for stored credentials; strict access controls limiting data visibility to authorized personnel only; and a firm policy against selling, renting, or sharing personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Clause 12

Amendments

toto8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on the Account, and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

Clause 13

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through toto8's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence. Indonesian Players are reminded that they are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling complies with their local laws.
